Services & Bookings

  • All private Pilates sessions are by appointment only.

  • Bookings can be made through our website or via direct communication.

  • Sessions are non-transferable and intended solely for the client who books them.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, at our discretion.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • All purchases, including session packages, are non-refundable but may be rescheduled per our cancellation policy.

  • Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Client Responsibilities & Health Disclaimer

  • By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in Pilates and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

  • Pilates is not a substitute for medical care. If you have health concerns, consult your physician before starting.

  • You agree to follow all instructions and modifications provided to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Liability Waiver

  • You acknowledge that Pilates involves physical activity and accept all risks associated with participation.

  • Private Pilates San Diego and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from your participation.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for their well-being and any pre-existing conditions that may be affected by Pilates.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share client data with third parties.

Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
